Public Hearing: 2025 Community Development Block Grant

Help Shape How Federal Funds Are Invested in Bellerive Acres

Bellerive Acres has the ability to receive the 2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding through St. Louis County. Residents have a chance to help decide how these federal funds should be invested in our community.

Federal guidelines require the City to gather public input before projects can be funded, making the upcoming Town Hall an important opportunity to share ideas and priorities for neighborhood improvements.

CDBG funds are commonly used for projects that benefit residents such as:

• Sidewalk and pedestrian safety improvements

• Stormwater and drainage upgrades

• Accessibility (ADA) improvements

• Park and public space enhancements

• Improvements to public facilities

Community participation plays a key role in shaping the City’s proposal to St. Louis County, and resident feedback truly helps guide these decisions.

We encourage all residents to attend, learn more, and share their ideas for the future of Bellerive Acres.
